On the quest for healthy, sustainable weight loss, most of us have been conditioned to believe that burning our fat reserves is the only solution.

But you know and I know, this approach doesn't work for everyone and often leads to short-term fixes rather than long-lasting results.

Weight regain and yo-yoing weight is what you get when you burn your fat reserves. Most of us have proved this to ourselves already.

To understand how to release your fat, f irst you need to recognize that your body is designed to use fat as a source of energy - fat is our body's source of savings for a rainy day (or being starved😉 ).

When we focus on burning these fat reserves through extreme dieting or excessive exercise, we can inadvertently trigger a stress response in our bodies. This not only hampers weight-loss efforts but can also negatively impact your overall health and well-being. Instead of viewing fat as an enemy, consider it a valuable resource that needs to be managed holistically .

The Release Your Fat approach is about changing your body's weight set-point.

You do that, by healing the organs and body systems involved in influencing your weight set-point.

The Release Your Fat Roadmap is the hand holding health care you need to shift your body into releasing its fat.
