### Initial Assessments

Pediatric, age 0-3y — 45 min, $215

Child, age 4-11y — 60 min, $250

Adolescent, age 12+ — 60 min, $250

### Follow-Up Appointments

Booked as needed to follow up on the treatment plan initiated in your child's initial visit.

45 min, $145. Follows the Rourke Baby Record assessment tool and can only be booked for babies who have already had an Initial Assessment.

Visits are scheduled at 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, and 24 months.
