My Story: From Hospitals to Holistic Health
Before focusing my naturopathic practice on children's health, I spent years in conventional healthcare as a Registered Nurse, working with children of every age.
As an RN, my experience ranged from the labor & delivery department of a rural hospital to on-site nurse at a large overnight camp.
Over the years, I noticed families wanted more than a prescription and a rushed appointment — they wanted to feel heard. That's what inspired me to shift my naturopathic focus to children's health.
Today, I help families in Barrie and across Ontario navigate childhood health naturally — with options that are evidence-based, personalized, and deeply compassionate.
My second passion is helping women navigate weight management, including support for those considering or currently taking GLP-1 medications.
My approach is:
Root-Cause Focused: We look beyond the surface symptoms
Gentle + Non-Invasive: Especially for young, sensitive bodies
Collaborative: I work with — not against — your existing medical team
Kid-Approved: I create calm, welcoming spaces that kids trust
When I'm not in the clinic....
You’ll find me hanging out in Muskoka, enjoying time with my family, sipping herbal tea, or reading up on pediatric research to better serve the little ones in my care.
I can't wait to meet you and your child — book your visit today and let's start your family's journey to feeling better, naturally.
