1-on-1 Options

Metabolic Discovery Sessions are conducted virtually, using the Jane App platform.

Once you book your appointment, you'll be sent an intake form, designed to capture the most important metabolic symptom information. Time to complete is 20-30mins.

You'll also be sent an email with instructions for your virtual appointment.

Virtual appointments are easy and convenient!

Appointments are easy to fit into your life, you just need a private spot (babies are welcome!) with minimal distractions and a device you can connect to the internet with.

YOUR FIRST SESSION

First, you'll go over the details of your metabolic intake form with me. You can ask questions and I'll start to connect your symptoms, to the metabolic imbalances you're likely suffering from.

Next, we'll discuss targeted testing options, based on your symptoms and budget.

Testing is done through Life Labs or Dynacare.

FIRST SESSION

Your first session is 90mins, up to 2 hours if needed (time is available). We'll have a conversation about all of your concerns and testing options.
