FOR CHILDREN AGES 3 TO 18
Children's ADHD Support Program
A structured, three phase system of care that looks at nutrition and biology behind ADHD symptoms, to support your child beyond the diagnosis.
Is This Program Right for Your Child?
This program is designed for parents who want to understand and address the root contributors to their child's ADHD symptoms, alongside the care they already have in place.
This program is for children who:
have been diagnosed with ADHD, or are currently in the process of being diagnosed.
are not diagnosed with ADHD and show neurodivergent-type concerns.
are considering medication therapy and parents want to know what other options exist.
already take ADHD medication and who's parents are hoping to avoid increasing medication dosing.
This program is in compliment to your child's doctor or paediatrician, and works collaboratively with other health professionals such as counsellors, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. It is not meant to replace their care.
THE SYSTEM OF CARE
Three Phases, One Complete Picture
Each phase builds on the last, so your child only moves forward as far as they need to.
Phase 1: Health and Nutrition Assessment
2 to 3 weeks
A thorough assessment that may include blood work and/or a diet assessment, looking closely at key nutrient deficiencies known to affect children with ADHD:
Timeline depends on whether blood work is required.
Phase 2: Nutrient Replenishment
2 to 4 months
Using diet and/or supplements to correct identified deficiencies, with careful attention to children who have sensory sensitivities. Repeat blood work may be recommended to track progress.
Many children see meaningful improvement by the end of this phase, and moving on to Phase 3 is not always necessary.
Phase 3: Targeted ADHD Support
As needed
For children who need further support beyond nutrient replenishment, this phase introduces more specific, evidence-informed ADHD supplements such as L-theanine and saffron.
Care That Works Alongside Your Child's Team, Not Instead of It
This program is designed to complement, not replace, the care your child already receives from their doctor or paediatrician. It also works collaboratively alongside counsellors, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and other professionals supporting your child.
